Field Information

Unplanned Leaves

This section displays the current percentage of unplanned absences.

Total Paid Hours

This section displays the current percentage of unplanned leave against total paid hours with the following grades:

• Low (less than 3%)
• Medium (3 - 5%)
• High (more than 5%)
